On November 11,
due to the acquisition of P-Cube by Cisco Systems, some of
the Support infrastructure has changed. One of these
is the phone support for customer service. We regret
that at this time all non-US numbers have been disconnected.
Please call the numbers below for customer service and support.
This will only be required until you have received your new
Cisco contract, at which time you will have all of the benefits
of the Cisco World-wide TAC support. This includes 7x24
support and, for most customers, an in-country telephone number.
