P-Cube’s management team is comprised of very experienced and successful thought leaders from the global IP networking and telecommunications sectors. Members of the management team have extensive knowledge and experience developed through their work at leading networking, chip design, and network software companies. The executive management team is rich in experience and invaluable know-how through their time at companies such as Ascend, Cisco, Conexant, DEC, Excite@Home, Hewlett-Packard, Newbridge, Nortel, Radcom, and Siemens. Together, the management team brings P-Cube the most innovative technology and market experience to develop P-Cube and its products into a pioneering IP Service Control Platform company.

Yuval Shahar
Co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Yuval Shahar is P-Cube's President and Chief Executive Officer providing both leadership and vision. Yuval brings over 20 years of domain experience in the network infrastructure segment to P-Cube. Prior to P-Cube, Yuval co-founded Pentacom, a pioneer in Dynamic Packet Transport (DPT) products and, previously, led the creation of Infogear, which developed some of the industry's first web appliances. Both companies were acquired by Cisco. Additionally, Yuval served as Vice President of Research and Development at VocalTec, where he directed programs resulting in the creation of the first set of VoIP architectures and products, which later enabled the company's IPO. Additionally, Yuval has held senior positions at both National Semiconductor Corporation and Motorola where he worked on data and voice communications products and protocols.

Vikash Varma
President, Worldwide Sales & Field Operations

Mr. Varma focuses on furthering P-Cube's customer traction in global markets, and developing key partnerships with technology partners, systems integrators and channel partners.  Mr. Varma was previously general manager of Hewlett-Packard's Internet Usage Management (IUM) division, which he built from startup to market leadership.  Before joining HP, Vikash started the Asian operations for HCL Asia-Pacific based in Singapore focused on the software services business.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology in India.

Michael Ben-nun
Chief Technical Officer, General Manager - Israel

Mr. Ben-nun's primary focus is driving product architecture for P-Cube. Prior to joining P-Cube, he served as General Manager and Director of the Network Access Division of Rockwell Semiconductor Systems Israel (Conexant). While at Rockwell, he directed the designs for Gigabit Ethernet switches and various WAN projects. At Digital Equipment Corporation, which was later acquired by Intel, Michael served as Technical Director and Strategic Marketing Manager where he led the development of LAN and storage networking applications, ATM and Fast Ethernet.

Milind Gadekar
Vice President Marketing

Mr. Gadekar has overall responsibility for P-Cube's Service Control Platform product line and it's Service Assurance and Control application suite. Prior to P-Cube, Milind was a member of the executive team at Epinions, where he helped launch a successful E-commerce content service. Milind also worked at @Home Network where he was responsible for premium services and access products for the core @Home service, and also created the @Home Solutions company to serve small to mid-sized cable operators. Previously, Milind worked at Booz•Allen & Hamilton, a management consulting firm. Milind has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and MS and BS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Sarit Weiss-Firon
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Weiss-Firon, brings to P-Cube over 13 years of financial management expertise, with over 10 years of experience in the high-tech industry. As Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for all worldwide financial and accounting management as well as the operational management of the P-Cube corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale including responsibility for Human Resources. Prior to joining P-Cube in 2000, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Radcom Ltd., a leading network test and quality management solutions provider. During her 5-year tenure at Radcom Ltd., the company went public on the NASDAQ in 1997. From 1991-1994 Sarit served at Kesselman and Kesselman, a member of Coopers and Lybrand group and is a certified public accountant. Since 2001, Sarit has served on the Board of Directors for Metalink Ltd., a public company listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Sarit earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Sami Elkatav
Vice President, Operations

Mr. Elkatav is responsible for driving all aspects of P-Cube's Israel-based operations. Before joining the P-Cube management team he was Vice President of Operations at SeaBridge a subsidiary of Siemens and Newbridge. Sami also served as Vice President of Operations at Nortel/Bay Networks in Israel and as Materials & MIS Director at Comverse Technology (Efrat).
